Using Various Flash Functions

You can select flash functions according to the purpose.

Fill in flash

Select when you want to use a flash regardless of the brightness. The subject is photographed sharply with backlighting.

Red-eye removal

Select when you want to minimize a red-eye effect. The flash fires 3 times (pre-flashing) before shooting.

Flash off/Blitz aus

Select when you want to shoot without a flash. When flashing, be careful not to blur your shots. Depending on the lighting conditions, the picture may look bluish-green, reddish, or darker or lighter than expected.

Adjusting the Brightness

You can adjust the brightness of the whole picture.

About forced ejection of the film

The film is ejected forcibly in the following cases.

  • When the battery is removed and loaded after shooting the first subject in the double exposure mode, or while using the bulb shutter.
  • When the shooting mode is changed or the power is turned off after shooting the first subject in the double exposure mode.
  • When 10 seconds have passed with the shutter button pressed while using the bulb shutter.
